Rock Street Park

The Rock Street Park renovation was designed by terra firma alongside Ross Engineering. Peter Happny's relief sculpture was moved from the dark shadows to the centerpiece of the park. It is beautifully crafted and it captures the historic evolution of Portsmouth. All this is adjacent to the "Working" sculpture Terrence created earlier in the year that Peter helped build.
